Position Overview: The Export Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, managing client accounts, and facilitating the export process for our company’s products/services. They will play a crucial role in expanding our market reach globally and ensuring smooth transactions with international clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Generation: Identify and approach potential clients in international markets to generate sales leads.
  2. Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.
  3. Export Process Management: Oversee the export process from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with export regulations and timely shipment.
  4. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, market trends, and competitor activities.
  5. Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and terms with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  6. Documentation: Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, shipping documents, and customs declarations.
